Our Commitment

'Skip to Content' Navigation Link

This is a useful link if you are using a screen-reading software. It is a hidden link that appears at the top of each page and, when selected, will make reading skip past the main navigation and start at the beginning of the content of that page.

'Increase Text' & 'Normal Text' Buttons

If you are having problems reading the text in the website, you can increase the size of the text simply by clicking a button:

Large A - click this button to increase the size of the text

Small A - click this button to return the text to its normal size

Access Keys

Access keys help users to navigate around a website by using short cuts instead of a mouse.

How you use access keys depends on the browser you have installed in your computer: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox or Netscape Navigator, to mention some of the most popular ones.

Main Navigation, Submenus & Other Links

The main navigation appears at the top of every page and changes to light grey when you hover your mouse over a link. Once a link is selected in the main navigation, a new page opens.You may find that there is also a submenu for that page. Submenus appear on the right-hand side of each page.

Content links and external links appear underlined and change their colour when you hover your mouse over them. External links have a title telling you that they open in a new browser window (you will see the tile when you hover your mouse over the link.

The site map helps you navigate and find content quickly. All the main navigation links and submenu links are listed here.

Additional Software Needed

Adobe Acrobat - You'll need this free software to read our newsletters and other documents published using PDF (Portable Document Format) file format. If you've tried to open these documents and haven't been successful, download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website and install it on your machine.
