What do I need to provide?

1. Nursery 2024 Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the St James's Nursery 2024 Terms and Conditions and return a signed copy as part of your application process.

2. Faith Supplementary Information Form:

If you wish to declare your faith, please complete and sign the Nursery 2024 Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

3. Certificate of Catholic Practice/Faith Practice

IThe Certificate of Catholic Practice can be downloaded and must be signed by your own parish priest.

What are the required documents?

To apply for a Nursery 2024 September placement, please provide the following documentation:

2. Child's Birth Certificate

3. Signed Nursery Terms and Conditions
