Parent Teacher Consultation Information:

At St James's we have two opportunities where parents meet with their child's teacher.  Parent Teacher Consultations are usually held at the end of the Winter Term and once again in the Spring Term.

Spring Term Consultations:

•  Parent Teacher Bookings via Scopay will:

  • go live on  7th March 2024 @ 6pm to book 

  • close on 18th March 2024 @ 12.00  

• Parent Teacher Consultation appointments will occur across two days:

  • 19th March (Nursery - Year 6).

  • 21st March (Nursery - Year 6). 

• You will require your Scopay login to access the consultation booking system.

• If you have mislaid your Scopay login details please contact the school office via Info@. 

• Please refer to the Parent User guide below for instructions on how to access Scopay and where to book.

Parent User Guide:

► We  will use the school's payment tool, Scopay, for Parent Consultation Meetings.

Activating your School Gateway account is quick and easy and you would have received an activation link when your child starts at the school.  If you have lost your link or have not received one, then please contact the school via Info@st-james.richmond.sch.uk.
