• During the summer term, children will be invited to participate in a sponsored read.

• The sponsored read will commence on the 2^nd May and finish on the 6^th June.

• Whether it is diving into their favourite books or exploring new subjects, every page turned will bring us closer to our fund raising goal.

• Every contribution big or small makes a difference.

All participants will be entered into a raffle, where they have the chance of winning book tokens and a brand new laptop!

Sponsorship Structure:

• We invite sponsors to contribute based on the number of pages or books read by participating children.
• Sponsors can pledge a certain amount for each page read or for each book completed by the children.

Encouraging a love of reading:

• We hope to encourage our children’s interest and love of reading through the sponsored read.

Utilising Local Libraries:

• In addition to providing books from our school's library, we encourage children to utilise their local libraries.
• This not only expands their access to a wider range of books but also fosters a sense of community engagement and support for local institutions.
