Welcome to our Spring 2026 extra-curricular programme! We are thrilled to have our children participate in over 1,400 club spaces per week.

Spring Club 2026 Waitlist Form:

If you are unable to book a St James's managed club in Arbor, this means that the club is currently full.

Please complete this form if you would like your child to go on the waitlist for a St James's managed spring term 2026 club.

Spring 2026 Club Waitlist Request Form

Please do not email the school (either info@ or clubs@) or contact the school, as your waitlist request will not be recorded.

Parents will only be contacted by the Clubs's team if a place becomes available.

For external managed clubs, please contact the club provider directly.

Important Information:

Clubs will go live at the published time, you will not be able to view ahead of go live time.

Bookings must be made via Arbor.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance in autumn does not guarantee a place in spring. Children are not automatically re-enrolled in clubs.

Clubs are not a guaranteed childcare option.

Club schedules (days/times) can change each term, so please read the club brochure carefully before booking.

Please do not email the school (info@ or clubs@) to be added to the waitlist — these requests will not be processed.

Please complete the google Clubs waitlist form (see above).

No refunds will be given. Only book clubs your child can and wants to attend.

Outstanding payments from previous terms (clubs or wraparound care) must be cleared before you can book.

Start Dates & Collection Points:

All St James’s run clubs will start the first day of the Spring term (6th January 2026) and end on the day before the end of term (26th March 2026).

External club providers start and end dates may vary, please check the information directly with them.

Please check the brochure to see when your child's drop-off and collection points are located.

Children can not be collected early or arrive late for clubs.
