Train to Teach

St James’s Catholic Primary School is a Strategic Partner School within the West London Teaching School Alliance (WLTSA). The WLTSA will be recruiting candidates for over 160 School Direct teacher training places (both primary and secondary) for 2019-20, of which two will be based at St James’s Catholic Primary School. All the St James’s Catholic Primary School programmes lead to the award of PGCE with the potential for 60 credits towards a Master’s degree and the award of Qualified Teacher Status. The programmes are unsalaried but we will offer the successful candidates a bursary of £2000.

By clicking on the programme information button, you will be able access further information about the specific course requirements and information about how to apply. All applications for these programmes must be made online through UCAS. To find any WLTSA programme on UCAS you need to use the UCAS teacher training search tool naming the 'provider' as The West London Teaching School Alliance (Primary or Secondary).
