Parent Teacher Consultation Information:
At St James's we have two opportunities where parents meet with their child's teacher. Parent Teacher Consultations are usually held at the end of the Winter Term and once again in the Spring Term.

St James’s Parents’ Evening – A Guide for Parents
Parents’ Evening appointments are booked through Arbor. Please follow the guidance below to book an appointment with your child’s teacher.
How to book your appointment
Log in to the Arbor Parent Portal or open the Arbor Parent App.
Select your child’s profile.
Go to the section for Guardian Consultations or Parents’ Evening.
Select the relevant Parents’ Evening event.
Choose an available appointment time with your child’s teacher and confirm your booking.
Booking appointments for siblings
If you have more than one child attending St James’s, you will need to book an appointment for each child separately.
Please check the available times carefully and, where possible, select appointments that allow you enough time to attend each meeting. Appointments are not automatically coordinated for siblings, so please book early to give yourself the best choice of times.
If you are unable to find suitable appointment times for your children, please contact the school office for assistance.
Before Parents’ Evening
Please check your bookings in Arbor before the event and make a note of each appointment time.
