Autumn 2025 Extra-Curricular Clubs

Welcome to our Autumn 2025 extra-curricular programme! We are thrilled to have our children participate in over 1,400 club spaces per week.

Start Dates & Collection Points:

Please check the brochure to see when your child's club starts and where drop-off and collection points are located.
St James's run clubs start on the first day of term and finish the day prior to the end of term. St James's clubs are where parents have paid St James's directly (via Scopay or direct payment).
For external run clubs, where parents have paid the third party provider directly, please check with the provider directly for start and end dates.

How Can I Apply For A Waitlist Place - Now the Booking Window is Closed?

Please state your child's name, class and the clubs you would like them to be waitlisted for.

Important Booking Information

Booking opened on: Thursday 26^th June between 4:45pm and 5:15pm.
The full cost of the club was payable upon booking.
A message was sent via Communicator to let you know when the system was live.
Early bookings made before the alert were be deleted and parents may have incured a charge.
If you were unable to secure your first choice and booked another club, we are unable to swap/ refund spaces booked.
The clubs waitlist went live June 27^th at 07:00 am.
Clubs are not and should not be relied upon as childcare.

Key Reminders

Summer term attendance does not guarantee a place for the Autumn term.
No refunds will be provided, please only book clubs that your child can and wants to attend.
Bookings are made via Scopay for school-run (STJ) clubs.
External clubs must be booked directly with the provider (see contact list).
Full payment is required upfront to secure your child’s place.
If a club is full and you would like a space, please complete the waitlist request form.
Do not contact club staff directly about bookings. All enquiries should be sent to the clubs@ email.
STJ club questions: clubs@st-james.richmond.sch.uk. External club questions: contact the provider directly.
Clubs are run by both internal and external providers - external clubs are booked directly with the providers.
All St James’s run clubs will start the first day of term and end on the final full day of term. Please check with external providers directly for start and end dates.
