Welcome to our Online Shop

In 2024 we announced the launch of the St James’s Online shop.  

• Moving pre-loved school uniform to an online retail platform, will ensure that we offer all our families equal access to a fast and effective way to purchase key items, with as minimal inconvenience as possible.    

• Every half-term, the St James's Online Shop, will open and be ready to take your uniform requests. 

• Parents/Carers should place their orders via the Google Form and will be contacted by the School Office, notifying them of the total items obtained and final cost.  Payment should be made via the parents/carers' Scopay account and the uniform will be delivered to your child's class.

• In the meantime, if parents/carers are in urgent need of pre-loved school uniform, outside of the sale window, please alert the school office via info@ with your request.

It is important to note that we will do our utmost to fulfil all your requests. Orders are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis and is dependent upon donated stock availability (in terms of quantity and sizing).

We would like to take the opportunity to thank those parent helpers, who have recently given their time to help us set up the uniform platform. We would also like to express our gratitude to those past volunteers who dedicated their time and effort in the running the afterschool uniform sales.  

• All profits generated from St James’s Online Shop will continue to be reinvested in the provision of our children.

The pre-loved School Uniform Shop is now: CLOSED

We will do our best to fulfil your order but it will be based on the stock we have available to us. Your uniform request will be packaged up and delivered to your child’s classroom by the last day of the half-term.

We advise that you order 1 or 2 sizes above your child’s usual size, due to pre-loved uniform often

shrinking due to previous washes. 

Your final bill will be posted on Scopay and we would appreciate that you pay as quickly as possible. We would like to inform all members of the St James’s community that the profits generated from our school shop will be reinvested in the School Development Plan.

This decision has been made in alignment with our commitment to enhance the overall learning environment and educational experience for our students.

Purchase request for a new school hat, cap, scarf or swimming cap?

• Parents/carers have been able to purchase new school ties, hats, scarves and swimming caps via Scopay .

• The school office will organise delivery, of your new purchase, to your child’s class within 3 working days.
