Pre-Loved School Uniform

In 2024, we were delighted to announce the launch of the St James’s Online Pre-Loved Uniform Shop.

Moving our pre-loved school uniform sales to an online platform ensures that all families have equal access to a fast, convenient, and efficient way to purchase key uniform items, with minimal inconvenience.  This will be run in alongside in person uniform sales.

When is the next sale?

The pre-loved uniform shop will open on 23rd January 2026, and a Google Form link will be posted on this page for parents and carers to submit their requests.

How to Order?

The school's pre-loved uniform sales are held once a term either in person (for example the Harvest Festival and  Summer Fair or online).

For those terms where we hold online sales, parents and carers will be asked to submit their requests via a school Google Form. The School Office will then contact you to confirm the items available and the total cost. Payment should be made through your Arbor account, and items will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom.

Parents who attend our new joiner events, such as Reception and Nursery stay and play sessions, we will also provide pre-loved uniform for families to purchase from.

While we will always do our utmost to fulfil requests, all orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are dependent on donated stock availability, including size and quantity.

Important Information

All profits generated from the St James’s Online Shop are reinvested to support our children.

If you have an urgent or ad-hoc need for pre-loved uniform, please email info@ with your child’s name, class, and uniform request, and we will do our best to assist.

Orders will be fulfilled subject to available stock and will be packaged and delivered to your child’s classroom by the last day of the half-term.

We recommend ordering one to two sizes larger than your child’s usual size, as pre-loved items may have shrunk due to previous washing.

For new items such as school ties or summer bucket hats, please purchase these directly via Arbor. Please allow a minimum of two working days from payment to delivery.
