Autumn 2026 extra-curricular clubs

Brochure to be published in Summer 2 term.

Important Information:

Club bookings will go live at the above published time, you will not be able to view ahead of go live time.

Bookings should be made via Arbor.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance in the spring does not guarantee a place in summer.

Children are not automatically re-enrolled in clubs.

Clubs are not a guaranteed childcare option.

Club schedules (days/times) can change each term, so please read the club brochure carefully before booking.

Please do not email the school (info@ or clubs@) to be added to the waitlist — these requests will not be processed. Please complete the google Clubs waitlist form which will be posted after the booking system goes live.

No refunds will be given. Only book clubs your child can and wants to attend.

Outstanding payments from previous terms (clubs or wraparound care) must be cleared before you can book.

Start Dates & Collection Points:

St James’s run clubs will start the first day of the autumn term (4th September 2026) and end on the day before the term's finish (17th December 2026).

External club providers (such as Real Runners & Chess) start and end dates differ, please check dates directly with them.

Please check the brochure to see when and where your child's drop-off and collection points are located.

Children can not be collected early or arrive late for clubs.
