Parent Teacher Consultations

Parent Teacher Consultation Information:

At St James's we have two opportunities where parents meet with their child's teacher. Parent Teacher Consultations are usually held at the end of the Winter Term and once again in the Spring Term.

Spring Term 2025 Consultations:

Bookings Open:	Wed 19th March: 6.00pm
Bookings Close:	Fri 28th March: 12.00pm
Consultation Meeting 1:	Tues 1st April
Consultation Meeting 2:	Thurs 3rd April
Consultation Times:	4.00pm-7.00pm

Parents will require their Scopay login to access the consultation booking system.
If you have mislaid your Scopay login details please contact the school office via Info@.
Please refer to the Parent User guide below for instructions on how to access Scopay and where to book.

► We will use the school's payment tool, Scopay, for Parent Consultation Meetings.

Activating your School Gateway account is quick and easy and you would have received an activation link when your child starts at the school. If you have lost your link or have not received one, then please contact the school via Info@st-james.richmond.sch.uk.
