Parent Teacher Consultations

Parent Teacher Consultation Information:

At St James's we have two opportunities where parents meet with their child's teacher. Parent Teacher Consultations are usually held at the end of the Winter Term and once again in the Spring Term.

Spring Term 2026 Consultations:

Audience:	Reception-Year 6 Primary Guardians
Bookings Open:	11th March 2026 8.00pm
Bookings Close:	23rd March 2026 8.00am
Consultation Meeting Option 1:	24th March 2026
Consultation Meeting Option 2:	26th March 2026
Consultation Times:	4.00pm-7.00pm

Parents will require their Arbor login to access the consultation booking system.
Parents are asked to book only one 10 minute session, per child on either the evening of the 24th or 26th March.
